The Best Individual Stand went to Sudima Hotels & Resorts New Zealand.

The judges said the stand was interactive and fun. It had a Spin the Wheel activity, which kept people engaged and the team (in their orange shirts) had an interesting message.

Runner up for Best Individual Stand went to InterContinental Hotels Group.

‘The people on the stand had a real ability to pull people in and there was a gold activity to keep people there for a while,’ the judges said of IHG’s stand.

The Best Regional Stand went to Hamilton & Waikato.

‘Not only did they have a huge presence but every single person on the stand spoke about the destination before their own product,’ the judges said. ‘Every person on the stand was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.’

Great Lake Taupo came in as runner up for Best Regional Stand.

The judges said the group made the stand a welcoming environment and everyone ‘knew their stuff’.
